Description of the self catering

Cheviot View is a two bedroom holiday cottage in Beadnell, Northumberland, sleeping up to three guests. Set in a quiet village location close to the beach, shop and pub, it is a practical choice for couples, a small family or dog owners looking for a self catering stay on the Northumberland coast.

The cottage has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, along with one bathroom with bath and shower over. The open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining space and sitting area, giving guests one main space to cook, eat and relax after days out by the sea. There is also a conservatory leading out to the rear garden, which gives an extra place to sit, read or enjoy a quieter moment during the stay.

A cot and highchair are available on request. Beadnell Beach is only a short walk away, making the cottage convenient for beach days, coastal walks and time by the sea without needing to drive every day. The village shop and pub are also within easy walking distance, giving guests useful local options for food, drinks and everyday essentials.

Beadnell is well placed for exploring the Northumberland coast. Seahouses is approximately 1.5 miles away for harbour trips, fish and chips, shops and boat trips to the Farne Islands. Bamburgh is approximately 5 miles away for the beach and castle, while Low Newton by the Sea, Craster, Dunstanburgh Castle, Alnwick, Holy Island and the Northumberland Coast Path are all useful places to know about during a stay.

Cheviot View does not allow smoking. The cottage has a minimum stay of three nights, and shorter bookings may be cancelled. Cottage Review:   Excellent weeks holiday exploring Northumberland its surrounding counties. Home from home accommodation very clean and well equiped with a lovely welcome pack. Lovely views of the Cheviot Hills with the back garden looking onto fields with both horses and sheep in. Plenty of places to visit Seahouses just a short distance, and good local pub food in the village of Beadnell.

Cottage Review:   Had a fabulous week in cheviot view. Lovely Cosy cottage. Beautiful place . Great location. Fabulous walks and nice dog friendly pub nearby.
