Have stayed at Chapel Rock 3 times now and can?t recommend it enough.

Very well equipped accommodation and great spot for the beach

Chapel Rock View is a great sized, quiet, modern apartment, with plenty of room for 4 adults, and is in THE perfect location. The extremely short walk to the 3 mile stretch of beach is ideal for surfers, walkers, and beach lovers alike, and the sunset views from the apartment and its patio are outstanding!

Perranporth has plenty of good quality eateries to suit all tastes and budgets, and a good range of shops to cater for everyday needs while on holiday.

James the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Can honestly say this is the best place we have stayed in during our 30+years of holidaying in Cornwall

The apartment is in a superb location and the accommodation has been very thoughtfully put together. The owner James is extremely helpful and we had a really tremendous stay.

Perranporth not only has a spectacular beach of its own, but is a really good place to base yourself for visiting the other incredible beaches along the coastline including Watergate Bay, the 5 Newquay beaches, Padstow and of course the world class Bedruthan Steps.

We Will definitely visit again and hopefully stay at this apartment.

Spent a thoroughly enjoyable week at Chapel Rock View. The views of the Perranporth surf were stunning, with the beach a 10-second walk away. The owner was helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.

Chapel Rock is a beautiful apartment in a stunning location. We had a lovely stay here for a week in September. The location is perfect for the beach and town of Perranporth. We love to surf so this was ideal, we didn't have to carry the boards miles. There is an outside shower for cleaning off your board, wetsuit etc; after being on the beach. There are also cages for each apartment to store boards and hang wetsuits. The apartments were built with surfing in mind! However, the owner does not allow his cage to be used for this as he stores paint and bits in it. This is a real shame and a waste of what would be a brilliant asset. The owner does also run the risk of renters taking surf boards & wet, sandy equipment into his spotless apartment.

The apartment was spotless when we arrived, really good to find during Covid times. Parking is onsite, which is ideal and extremely handy in a busy seaside town. The apartment is very spacious and ideal for two couples. My only complaint with the rooms were that it would be nice to have a chest of drawers in each bedroom, for clothes and make up/hair drying. Also a mirror in the bedrooms would be good. We used the one in the hallway for hair drying etc;

The beds and sofa were very comfortable and social-able for watching TV. The outside furniture could be better. It was very hard and not comfortable for lounging. The views from all the rooms and the patio are amazing, you could sit and watch for hours. Very easy to check the surf too.

Chapel Rock is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. The onsite Summerhouse bar/restaurant was closed, really disappointing, this would be fantastic. Hopefully this will be open next time! The beach and apartments are dog friendly, not sure it is allowed in this apartment.

Overall we would certainly recommend this apartment and will return. James, the host, was very helpful and accommodating, he responded very quickly.

I would not book through Sykes again as their customer service is very poor.

Travelled with elderly parents and the location was perfect. Mom managed the walk into Perranporth with her ?walker? quite easily. The apartment was beautifully furnished with high end equipment and decor. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions.

Apartment no15 is modern and stylish with great facilities - Tassimo and wine fridge very welcome! But this development is amazingly situated a very short walk down some steps directly onto a stunning beach. Our family enjoyed being a short walk to the town for bars, restaurants, cafes and gift shops as well as the direct access to the beach. We had great weather so enjoyed sunbathing, bodyboarding, people watching and bbqs on the beach a few evenings! Wow-what can we say, we?ve just spent a week in THE best location in Cornwall - our teenager quoted it as better than Disneyworld!

A beautifully furnished apartment, fully kitted out with everything you need making us feel at home.

Literally a stones throw from the beach, we got to sit out on our deck and listen to Ziggy Marley in concert at the Watering Hole.

We booked for next year the day we arrived - no better recommendation than that.

Arrived late so it was dark; opening curtains next morning totally blown away by the views, this apartment (no. 15) is superb, wonderfully equipped with everything you need, luxurious in fact.

Location is great, seconds from the beach yet minutes away from every necessary amenities in the town, all walking distance away, shops, restaurants, take-aways etc.

Lovely town and a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall which we did, ensure you get back to the apartment to watch the sunset!

I could go on and on but just try it you won?t be disappointed, best
