Castle Road cottage is dog friendly and has superb views from the first floor terraced area over the Mumbles with the ocean in the distance, complete with a large and enclosed rear garden, this property is ideal for a family of six looking for a luxury self catering holiday home in the Mumbles. With direct access out onto the garden through the sliding doors, there is gorgeous open plan living space downstairs where the dining room, living room and the kitchen are in one large space. To the rear is the kitchen, complete with kitchen island and large fridge freezer, the kitchen has a built-in electric oven and grill as well as a gas hob and built-in washing machine and dishwasher. This space opens out directly into the dining area with a styled table and chairs that seats six people comfortably and moving towards the rear of the property, the lounge area has an L-shaped sofa with direct access out onto the garden. There is an additional living room that has its own flatscreen TV with the full BT vision. All the bedrooms at Castle Road holiday cottage are on the first floor including the master bedroom that has direct access out on the sun terrace through double doors, the master double bedroom also has its own ensuite shower room. There are two single bedrooms on the first floor, one of these has direct access onto the terrace and an additional double bedroom is also on the first floor. The family bathroom features a separate shower and bath with a wash hand basin and WC. The cottage has many well thought out elements within, spacious open plan living and the rear garden that offers a fantastic amount of space with sea views in the distance.
