| Cottage Review:
We have been travelling to this holiday cottage for 21 years as have many others as you can see from the visitors book. Don't book this cottage if you don't like being in a very rural area, expect mud. Do book this cottage if you enjoy walks and wildlife, there are many lovely walks with lovely eathing pubs and you can spot the odd Kingfisher on the bybrook. Don't book this cottage if you want five star accommodation. This is a stone built lovely cottage with a homely feel. There is a brand new shower, washing machine, fridge and cooker. The beds are charming the double is an antique brass bed. The fireplace is hugh. I find it charming with the Church sat across the road in the middle of a field. |

| Cottage Review:
Picturesque hamlet but very disappointing cottage that did not live up to it's alleged 3 star rating. Terrible beds, old bedding, appalling shower and generally not very clean. No care or attention made to the property. Our complaint was disregarded by the holiday company we booked through - Freedom Holiday Homes. Plenty of lovely accommodation in the surrounding area, so stay elsewhere! |
