Lovely apartment in quite costal location with stunning sea view across Plymouth Sound sadly let down by the level of cleanliness, oven was very dirty smelling of grease and covered in fat, kitchen sink smelt and the plugs were dirty, induction hob had been wiped over with dirty cloth leaving residue marks and the shower screen had not been cleaned, we had to clean all of the the above before they could used. Although we followed the shower/hot water instructions we could still only have a lukewarm shower not what we expected. Having stayed in a lot of 5* pr |
