Cottage Review:  

The owner was helpful in terms of our arrival time.

The house is clean, lovely and has many plus factors. The view to the bay is excellent but the '5 mins walk to the beach' we never discovered. Perhaps it was one mile to the pub but nearer to two and not safe to walk. Narrow roads.

We felt that an information book would have been really useful.

The hot water fuelled by oil never got sufficiently hot for a bath and we were a bit surprised by the fuel costs at the end of the week. We put the heating on twice a day for about an hour and only on one floor. We
