Description of the cottage holiday
Boslowenis a well thought out and modern holiday apartment in Falmouth in Cornwall that sleeps 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. Boslowen is a non-smoking self catering holiday apartment that does not accept pets and has private parking, Boslowen benefits from fantastic views and a great location with Swanpool beach just a few minutes walk and the coastal path nearby. There are great views from this private apartment that is on the edge of Falmouth and benefits from its own terraced garden that has a table and chairs as well as some loungers and a gas barbecue for you to enjoy. The lounge and dining room area is fully fitted with a comfortable leather sofa and two leather sofa chairs, a modern flatscreen TV along with a DVD player and iPod dock, to the rear of the sofas is a round dining table with four chairs and this room enjoys spectacular views to the sea. There is a galley style kitchen complete with an electric cooker, microwave and a dishwasher. On the same floor at Boslowen in Falmouth, there are 2 bedrooms including a double bedroom as well as a family bathroom with its own bath and a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and WC. There are stairs outside that lead out onto your own enclosed patio area complete with table and chairs, a perfect sun trap.Best Features
Boslowen is a great self catering apartment for 4 people if you love exploring the coastal path and want easy access to the beaches with a base that is near to Falmouth on the south Cornwall coast.
