Two bedroom cottage in its own secluded 5 acres of lawns and woodland with access to another 20 acres of private woodlands, walks and lakes. Built in about 1890 , it still includes several original features but enjoys modern kitchen /dining room , bathroom and sitting room with cosy sofas and central heating throughout.Best Features
The property sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is home to deer, rabbits,foxes , owls , buzzards; a nature lovers paradise.
Within easy reach of National Trust properties such as Batemans and Scotney Castle with Brighton , Hastings and Camber Sands only 40 minutes away.
