Berwyn is a beautiful five bedroom family and pet friendly Victorian terrace house in the pretty seaside village of Crantock on the North Cornwall coast. The luxury house comfortably sleeps up to 10 and is ideal not only for families but also pet owners and groups of friends. Berwyn is in an excellent location with Crantock's golden beach and village centre less than a 10 minute walk. The house itself has two bright living rooms, the first is a cosy snug with open fire and comfy sofas and the second is a spacious family lounge with wood burner, three sofas and a TV. The dining area features a pine table that seats up to 10 for breakfast, lunch or dinner and a high chair is available for any infants. Meals can easily be prepared in the very well equipped kitchen that has been fitted to a very high standard and there is also a separate very useful utility room and downstairs cloakroom. The bedrooms at Berwyn include a large Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room, two double/twin bedrooms that benefit from the flexibility of zip and link beds, a standard double and a pretty twin. There are also two family bathrooms one with a roll top bath and the other with a shower. Outside Berwyn has a nice private and fully enclosed garden, as well as a lawn area there is also a patio for alfresco dining and summer evening BBQ's.Best Features
Berwyn is a beautifully decorated Victorian terrace house that has been renovated to a very high standard to create a luxury home away from home. The house has a wonderful atmosphere with a classic mix of period charm and contemporary elegance. All the rooms are bright and airy and feature good quality fixtures and fittings.
Berwyn is also in an excellent location with the pet and family friendly beach just 10 minutes away. Crantock also has two very good pubs, a tearooms with restaurant and a well stocked village shop that sells a good range of products.
