| Cottage Review:
We have just returned from Bee Hive Cottage Morwenstow and, having booked with Sykes a number of times, must say what a disappointment this was. Dirty/dusty, full of cobwebs (and spiders) dark, smelled of damp, garden was 'wild' and crawling with ants. NOT the quality we would expect from Sykes. Yes, we opted for 'quaint' but we didn't expect gloomy and damp. They may as well have fitted a step ladder to the bedrooms - it would have been safer. I realise that you can't expect anything other than 'old' in a thatched cottage but if the kitchen appliances and b |
