| Cottage Review:
I work in retail and I am well aware that customer satisfaction and customer care is the most important part of any business. When I had a complaint at Beachside Gallery I was utterly stunned at the lack of concern from either Sykes Cottages and particularly the owner of this apartment. They don?t seem to have any idea that keeping customers happy is the biggest part of any business. The main problem is the excessive noise overnight at the weekends. On the Friday night there was loud music with a heavy beat and shouting from the local clubs which went on |
