Description of the self catering property
Baywatch is a light and spacious second floor apartment in the prestigious Pearl development. Occupying one of the most prominent positions on Headland Road, Pearl cuts an impressive figure on the rugged North Cornwall Coastline, whilst integrating perfectly in the breathtaking surroundings.
The exceptional build quality of Pearl was recognised at the 2009 Mail on Sunday British Homes Awards, where the development was awarded the prestigious “Housing Project of the Year Award.”
Baywatch is situated on the second floor and offers stunning sea views from the furnished balcony.
For those looking to brush up on their surfing skills, the legendary Fistral Beach is just yards away and offers some of the best surfing conditions in the world. The international surf centre offers professional tuition to ensure that beginners are catered for and will be standing on their boards in no time.
But there is so much more to Newquay if surfing isn’t for you. If you are looking for an adrenaline rush then a visit to the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre is a must where activities on offer include rock climbing, abseiling and coasteering.
For keen golfers, Pearl overlooks Newquay Golf Course which is one of the finest links courses in the area offering 18 challenging holes with amazing views over Fistral Bay.
The Gannel Estuary is nearby and offers fantastic walks and is ideal for fishing, bird watching, a picnic or simply relaxing.

| Cottage Review:
lovely Apartment with sea view however it is at the back it doesnt overlook fistral and it is in the shade. On arrival we found Dirty and stained furniture Chipped pots Dirty patio doors leading to the balcony and smeared with childrens hand prints Dirty floor Dirty bath Very very dissapointed Contacted agent and owner but she (owner) didnt want to know.Pictures were taken and sent. The lift in this complex also shuts very fast. It hit my hand causing bruising and swelling this was reported. Plumbing very noisey wakes you up at night seems a problem in the complex. Loved the location but you dont go away and expect to have to start cleaning. No words would not return |
