The living accommodation on the ground floor at Ash Barn is open plan style, complete with two sofas that seat four people in total around the modern flatscreen TV. The kitchen area, as you would expect, is also modern with a dual fuel oven that comes with an electric grill and gas hob as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and a microwave and to the side of the kitchen area is the dining table that seats four people.

There is a good size master bedroom at ash barn on the first floor that has twin beds that can be linked together to make a king-size bed, the master bedroom has its own flatscreen TV along with a DVD player and there is also a freestanding wardrobe. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king-size bed with a freestanding wardrobe and also has its own flatscreen TV. There are two bathrooms at ash barn including one on the first floor that has a bath, WC and wash hand basin and the second bathroom is on the first floor, an ensuite to the first floor double bedroom and has a shower cubicle.
