A grade 2 listed holiday home, it has all modern conveniences including Wi-Fi broadband as well as traditional features such as an open fire and flagstone floors. From the south facing sunroom complete with underfloor heating to an enclosed garden as well as fitted kitchen, Apple Tree Cottage of surprises and a holiday home in Cawsand that you will fall in love with. This is a child friendly holiday let with a parking permit for one vehicle and does not accept pets. The rear garden is paved and called and is sheltered from the elements with shade provided by a tree and a secret door leading out to the small square of Cawsand.
