| Cottage Review:
Do not book this property On arrival the property was absolutely filthy, work tops covered in tomato stains, whole house covered in cobwebs and evidence of mouse droppings. TV was broken as aerial point broken and bo internet connection working. We spent 2 hours on arrival cleaning the property. We complained to owner and Sykes when there and got no help at all. Following that 9 positive reviews were seen on trip advisor for September???? No idea how these glowing reports could possibly relate to where we were staying!!!!??? Eventually got £100 refund from. SYKES. Poor result considering it was over £1000 for the week and was fir my 60th birthday celebration. This property should be taken off all websites until updated/deep cleaned and maintained on regular basis. They will continue to take money from customers otherwise |
