What can I say about this cottage? We loved it! Car parking - Off road space. No problems parking. Value - Amazing value! Bathroom - Spotless and modern. Bedrooms - Clean & warm. Bedding & towels provided. Living area - Open plan. Kitchen has all you need. View to the church was lovely- the church is lit up at night. Packet of biscuits on arrival - a lovely treat. Sofa was comfy. TV has Sky. DVD's & books if required. Location - 5 minute walk into Matlock through the park. Matlock is lovely. It has independent shops as well as high stre |

Ideally located apartment for all amenities including doctors, shops etc just a short walk away. Apartment has all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk & biscuits on arrival. Spacious lounge/kitchen/diner & well equipped. Comfy beds & overall very clean. Beautiful peaceful church view from lounge windows. Roadside location but not noisy. Really friendly helpful manager. Happy to recommend. |

| Cottage Review:
Lovely clean apartment. Within walking distance to the centre of Matlock with restaurants and pubs. There is one pub just across the road and a local convenience store. The apartment had everything we needed and there was easy parking. The key collection arrangements were fine and the welcome was great. |
