The lounge area has patio doors leading to the private decking area (furnished with table and chairs) and is equipped with flat screen television with integral DVD player and Freeview. Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room with shower enclosure, W.C., basin and heated towel rail. Further bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with large bath with shower over, W.C., basin and heated towel rail. wall mounted heaters. 3 Moonrakers has one designated parking space; there are also additional guest parking spaces within the development.
