Description of the holiday cottage
2 bedroom holiday home, sleeps 4. Fully equipped for a stress-free holiday. Excellent on-site facilities including indoor and outdoor pools. Set within a scenic and tranquil location. Honicombe Manor is set in 30 acres of woodland and is close to the stunning Dartmoor National Park. On site, Honicombe is packed with many leisure facilities including a superb heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool, children 's play area, fitness centre, relaxing sauna, restaurant and bar. (Site facilities are closed annually from early January to 1st April and November to December excluding Christmas and New year). The spacious site layout, large grounds and surrounding beautiful countryside make the location perfectly tranquil and an ideal base for exploring the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also a World Heritage Site. And the Manor 's location, being on the Devon and Cornwall border, means that there is a perfect opportunity to discover the best of both counties. During July and August a number of day trips can be booked via reception including canoeing, moorland walks and rock climbing on nearby Dartmoor. Please note that towels are not included at this property.Best Features
