Cottage Review:   Don?t get me wrong it is a nice lodge, but I have stayed in cheaper lodges that were a lot nicer than this one. The smell that greeted us when we got there was quite off putting but that can?t be helped in the country, however that doesn?t excuse the swarms of flies inside, the lack of cleaning (the last people?s pill wrappers by the side of the bed, the last people?s hairs on the side and the tide marks around the bath) just to name a few, a cinema room with no DVD player and no tv signal so no choice but to have a quiet night except for the jacuzzi bath which kept turning itself on randomly throughout the night which being in the same room as the bed wasn?t appreciated. This was a trip for our anniversary to replace a trip we couldn?t go on and after waiting months to make it here it just wasn?t quite worth it. Shop around and you can definitely get more for your money.
