MyCottageHoliday Complaints Procedure


Should you have a concern about any content submitted on this website to the extent that it is inappropriate or unlawful and you wish to complain about such content, then you must comply with the following notification procedure in order for your notification to be effective and to enable us to deal with your concern.

The notification must include:-

(a) your full name and e-mail address;
(b) your telephone number in order that we can call you to discuss your concern;
(c) details of the location of the information in question; and
(d) details of the inappropriate/unlawful nature of the information.

Please note that in considering whether to remove such content following on effective notification, we need to consider and balance the interests of all interested parties. We cannot simply remove a post because it is disliked. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will remove such information if this would not be the appropriate course of action to take.
