Description of the holiday cottage
A smart, well appointed and comfortable, 3 Star QIT rated, 2 bedroom Holiday Cottage. Offering flexible accommodation for up to 4 adults and a further 2 children, ideal for large families. Situated in the peaceful countryside of St Minver but close to Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and Daymer Bay in North Cornwall. The cottage consists of an open plan ground floor with a sitting area with comfortable seating for 6, a DVD player, 28” digital TV and a Sony Playstation 2. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6; a high-chair is also available. A well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washer/dryer. Upstairs the master bedroom has a luxury King Size bed. The 2nd bigger bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 foldouts both have ample wardrobe and drawer space. The newly refurbished bathroom has an electric heated power shower over the full size bath. All the rooms are furnished, decorated and accessorised to a very high standard and the cottage is set in large lawned communal gardens and enjoys spectacular views over the camel estuary to Bodmin Moor and beyond.Best Features

| Cottage Review:
This cottage rally was a home from home, it is so very well equiped throughout with lots of really nice finishing touches. We especially loved the comfy beds and pillows. The owners website is a mine of information and theres lots of information in the cottage too. We had a great time and will deffinatley be staying there again |

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage, it felt very homely and was an excellent place to stay. Plenty of information in the cottage about the local area with what to do/where to go. The cottage had all the amenities and the beds were very comfy, we will be coming again. |

As a family over the years we have stayed here four times. The cottage is in a great location in a lovely setting. The cottage is well equipped and an ideal home from home and a great base for your Cornish holiday. |
