| Cottage Review:
Went to this beautiful cabin for Christmas December 2022 which was absolutely perfect. Cleanliness was spot on. Everything we needed was there, 2 x bathroom/shower, stunning freestanding bath, 4 poster bed, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge & separate freezer, cutlery, cups glasses of all different types, even oven trays and other go to kitchen utensils, washing machine, hot tub (very clean & easy to use) dvd player and assortment of dvds and books to read. There was even a little box with little bits like a bin bag, dishwasher tablets, soap and other little things. Staff we met on Christmas Eve were really nice who provided cocktails, mulled wine & mince pies. The site itself is beautiful & very nice walks around. Dog friendly, even in the restaurant/bar area which was perfect. Local shop with butchers is 5-10 drive. If you?re looking to get away for a relaxing chilled time this place is highly recommend, will defiantly be coming back here. |

If you are looking for peace and quiet, a lodge which has everything you could possibly need from a comfy four poster bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a gigantic bathtub in the bedroom big enough for 2!, a sunny decking with seating and wonderful views, a private secluded hot tub which is checked daily, washing machine, dishwasher, free WiFi, 2 TV's and you don't mind daily visits from such varied wildlife; rabbits, squirrels, jays, robins, woodpecker, blue tits, geese then you need to book a break in this lodge. We can't wait to return. |
