The property is situated within 50 yards of the beautiful St David's Cathedral and was our main view from the sun lounge area -where we spent many a night just relaxing with a glass of wine!
The property is on two floors with one double bedroom on each, both have their own bathroom so perfect for two couples or for friends that like their own space.
It is highly spacious and airy but plenty of heat for the evening.
It had all the amenities that we needed including towels dishwasher tablets, hair-dryer etc so very well equipped.
Due to the fact that we booked through an agency we had a information folder containing all the local amenities and attractions and local phone numbers etc.. sent to us before we arrived, so we flicked through this before we left and I felt this was a tremendous help during our stay.
We had enough private car parking for two cars at the front of the property.

This is a very comfortable and roomy 3 bed cottage. The location is very quiet, yet it is close to some of the best beaches in Wales. Myself and family stayed for 3 nights.

Everything we expected it to be - comfortable luxury!
This is the first time that we have taken a house for our family holiday, and I would certainly do it again. The house is beautifully presented, and offers a very comfortable home from home with a touch of luxury. Surroundings superb - lots to do for all the family, and just great to sit and watch the passing boats, rising and falling tide, or walk in the gardens. Only slight issue - took a while to find the key! But this was soon resolved with a phone call to the owners. Everything else worked like clockwork

Beautiful 4* cottages for holiday lets on the outskirts of a little village in Pembrokeshire called Spittal. Set in National Park Area this is definitely the place to go if you need to get away from it all or like to spend long days on the beach which is about 10 mins away by car, there are lots of beautiful long country lanes to walk down and the thing that brings us back time and again is that our dog is as welcome as we are.
This is our third visit there now since the new proprieter, Mrs Howard, took over in September and the difference is amazing. I have never seen the cottages so clean and well decorated or maintained. All of the cottages have flat screen TV\'s the kitchens, bathrooms and living/sleeping area\'s are immaculate.
The welcome is warm and friendly and you feel part of the family when you are there, if you have any questions you don\'t feel like you are putting anyone out by asking, it really is like staying with friends but in your own cottage and doing your own thing.
The cottages are self catering and local amenities are just a very short car journey away, everything is supplied for you regarding cutlery, saucepans and crockery, all to a very high standard and well maintained.
We have been fortunate to stay in The Duck House, which can sleep up to 6 people and has a lovely homely feel to it and The Coach House which sleeps 4 and is definitely a cottage I could happliy move into.
These cottages are set in grounds that are communal and have picnic benches and some play equipment for small children but plenty of room for the older children to run around in as well. The views from the windows of the cottages are beautiful day or night, you can take your glass of wine or cup of tea out with you at dusk and watch the views change as the sun sets, as for night time stand in the garden and you will never see a sky so bright.
I can\'t rate these holiday homes enough, how they aren\'t 5* I don\'t know because the quality is second to none.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon at Ty Gwennol. It is quiet and romantic but not too far away from beautiful beaches, coastal walks and St David's. The cottage is very pretty and confortable.

I think we are the first paying guests in this splendid holiday-let since it has been refurbished by its new owners. "The 'home from home' epithet is certainly justified and we will be sorry to leave at the end of our two weeks. The house has been furnished simply but with great taste and when the Pembrokeshire weather has left us 'confined to barracks' we have really appreciated it, especially the woodburning stove and the excellent kitchen. The location is perfect - secluded and peaceful. Plenty of secure storage for bikes, canoes, and surfboards has been a real bonus, as is the delightful garden and barbeque (especially watching the sunset over the coastal hills).
