Featured Cottages

From this Spring, we are offering owners the opportunity to be included on the home page of MyCottageHoliday.co.uk as a Featured Cottage. In order to maintain the quality and value of a listing, we will only include a limited number of cottages and we will ensure that they illustrate the range of self-catering properties carried on MyCottageHoliday.co.uk.

Our testing has shown that being featured on the home page of MyCottageHoliday.co.uk can lead to significantly increased bookings. Because of this we believe that it is reasonable to ask owners to make a small payment for inclusion.

We charge £195 (ex VAT) for inclusion for one month. Additional months booked at the same time are £165 (ex VAT). Listings in January, February, March and April are charged at £245 (ex VAT) with no discounts.

Featured Cottages will be considered for inclusion using the following criteria:

• - property must have reviews;
• - the property must meet our quality requirements;
• - there is availability within the chosen month;
• - other similar properties are not already planned to be listed;
• - payment must have been received with order;
• - Featured Cottages are included for one calendar month from the 1st to the end of the month;
• - we reserve the right to reject any cottage for the Featured Cottages listing.
