Brooklands Cottage is an imposing and completely rennovated longhouse in a rural and peaceful location and is just a 5 minute walk to the popular village of Llanmadoc on the Gower. This luxury holiday cottage sleeps 8 people in 4 very well presented bedrooms with luxury features and furnishings throuhgout. On approach, you cannot help but be impressed by this porperty, a gorgeous rural wooded backdrop and sweeping gravel entrance with steps up that are breathtaking, a fantastic holiday home that is always popular with a range of villages and beaches to visit nearby on the north Gower. On entering the main front door at Brooklands Cottage, the quality of the property is instantly evident. There is a main lounge with beautiful inglenook fireplace set in stone with a wood burner, two sofas that seat five people in total with a flatscreen TV set the side of the inglenook. The main lounge also has double doors that open out with direct access to the rear courtyard and rear garden. There is a second lounge that is perfect for teenagers with its own large sofa and flatscreen TV and also benefits from double doors that open out onto the courtyard. There is a beautiful and modern country kitchen with a breakfast island, double Range electric oven and is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washer dryer and a fridge freezer. To the other side of the breakfast island is the dining area with a large table that seats eight people. There are four bedrooms at Brooklands Cottage in Cheriton, these include the master bedroom that has a double bed and its own ensuite shower room. There are an additional two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all of these on the first floor. The family bathroom is on the first floor and features a stand-alone bath, WC and wash hand basin. To the rear of the property is the patio area with a picnic bench that seats eight people and a small lawned area which is sloping.
