This was a gem of a find. When booking online there is always some doubt about the accommodation. Well no need to worry here.

The cottage was just what we needed for our short break in the New Forest. The downstairs bedroom was ideal for my 80 year old mother in law who finds stairs a problem, a comfy double bed and en-suite bathroom. The upper bedroom was delightful. Great "welcome pack", lovely towels and a very well equipped cottage, even down to the complimentary slippers!

Only problem for me were the low beams in the sitting room - watch your heads tall people!

This is a lovely, warm place to stay, I would have liked to have had time to stroll the gardens but we had a busy three days.

Oh forgot to mention, there is excellent secure parking next to the cottage.

Stay again? - Oh yes!

We were delighted with the cottage and didn't want for anything during our stay. I hope we are able to return some time. My husband attended a garden design course on the farm and would also highly recommend that.

We spent our 'mini honeymoon' at this lovely getaway location, ahead of travelling back to Australia. We loved it! It was exactly what we were looking for - a quiet secluded location with fantastic self catering facilities. Lots of board games and a library of DVDs to watch any time.

The owners (who live next door) were incredibly accommodating and even did a secret food shop for me so that I could cook my new wife her favourite meal when we arrived.

The freshly home baked bread was sublime and totally unexpected, and the selection of local foods sent us off in search of the shops to buy more for our journey home.

This is New Forest living at it's best for us - we've loved being there and hope to return when we're in the UK next time.

The only reason we've put the view as adequate is because there isn't one really, but that's not what we stayed there for.

Highly recommend to couples, families or groups who want to get away from it all.

A fantastic little cottage with just enough parking space for two cars. lovely kitchen and bedrooms. The living room is very cosy, if a little low ceiling for me at 6'3".

I highly recommend this place as a base for your visit to the New Forest.

The booking arangements were very clear and simple to deal with. We were able to pay by credit card over the phone. On arrival we were given a welcome hamper which included delicious warm freshly made bread and other delightful local products to enjoy during our stay. Our hosts were very welcoming. The accommodation lived up to the website expectations in every way, both the interior and the garden were relaxing and of high quality; a lot of thought has obviously gone into the design throughout. The cottage is located in a very quiet area yet still ideally positioned to visit the New Forest, beaches, the Isle of Wight, Bournemouth, Winchester and many more places of interest. We intend to return next year, I think that says it all.

We live in South Africa and chose this venue through the internet. We were not disappointed. Booking and communication with the owners was a seamless transaction. The accommodation is compact but charming and the location was what we were looking for; quiet but with easy access to all the facilities, sites and attractions in the New Forest. The cottage is well equipped and apart from food we did not have to take any special items or equipment. The supply of local groceries on arrival and was a nice touch. Rebecca and Nick our hosts were most helpful but unobtrusive. We would be happy to recommend this accommodation.

The cottage was full of character, very comfortable and equipped to a very high standard, with lots of extras and local information. The bread was a treat! No views as such but very peaceful and enjoyable, easy reach of Lymington & forest.

Make up of party:  Couple - but would easily accommodate 2 couples in very comfortable bedrooms- lovely bathrooms too.

Beech Farm House provided my mum and myself with the perfect spot to enjoy some quality time together before the birth of my first child. The owners of this holiday property could not have been more accommodating, even letting my mum organise a surprise baby shower with 20 extra guests!! The attention to detail was fantastic, a real home from home.

Beautiful cottage, which was very clean with simple and quality furnishings. We have stayed in many cottages, but never one as well equipped in the kitchen e.g caffitierre, mini gas torch etc.

Although the cottage is attached to the main house, you would never know this, and the private courtyard and off-street parking is a bonus. [Added at Editor's discretion since it appears to be a helpful review and the reviewer has been authenticated]
