Inside on the ground floor is a calming lounge with two large sofas, an electric fireplace, garden facing windows, and flat screen TV — ideal for taking the weight off after a long day outside. In the same space there’s a dining area, with wooden table and chairs for up to six diners, and nearby a doorway leading out to the garden. The kitchen comes with plenty of storage plus a small breakfast bar, and features a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and electric oven with ceramic hob. There’s also a small WC room with a basin. The rear garden has a private, calming, and enclosed feel — with a large patio, electric awning for summer shade, and small table and chairs. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The largest room contains a kingsize bed, soft carpets, and a large built-in wardrobe for storage. There’s a bunk bed room, accommodating two more, with a cosy feel, and lots of storage. Lastly, the third bedroom has a single bed and large wardrobe in a bright and neat space. The family bathroom has an electric shower over a full size bath, hand-held shower, basin and toilet. On the private driveway there’s space for one car off road, and further free parking on-street. Nearby to the cottage are a host of local amenities, including a fish & chips establishment, shops, pubs, cafés and other restaurants. You’ll be close to other coastal areas too, such as Highcliffe Beach, Avon Beach, Mudeford, and Christchurch Town to the West, and Milford-on-Sea, Hurst Castle, and the gorgeous bustling Georgian town of Lymington to the East. The cottage is ideally situated on the south western side of the New Forest National Park, where incredible heathlands and woodland walks, or cycles, await.
