Description of the self catering property
Built in 1874 Tregarton Cottage stands at the entrance to Tregarton Park, our touring and camping park. The cottage has undergone a complete renovation to a very high standard and conforming to all regulations.
Ideal for the family of 4 it has two bedrooms. There is a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, w/c and wash basin that is set in a vanity unit. There are extensive views from the upstairs rooms across the fields at the rear and over the holiday park at the front. Looking south there is a glimpse of the sea from both bedrooms.
The kitchen/dining room is 26ft with windows to both the front and back. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room overlooks the side garden and out to the front. For your entertainment there is a 32” television with freeview and DVD player.
With both coastal and countryside views, Tregarton Cottage is ideally situated for visiting big attractions such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project and the Flambard Experience, as well as the quaint harbour village of Mevagissey.

Enjoy the use of our swimming pool, tennis court & more. While staying in the cottage you will have full use of the facilities on the holiday park. These include the all weather tennis court, children's playground, swimming pool, shop, take-away and laundry and drying facilities. Please take special note of the opening and closing times of these facilities as they do not operate all season.
