Description of the holiday cottage

Tidal Waters near Newton Ferrers is a stunning large holiday cottage that sleeps 15 people in 8 bedroms and is in a fantastic location. Tidal Waters holiday cottage is dog friendly and is situated in the heart of Noss Mayo, at the end of the tidal inlet opposite the Ship Inn. Tidal Waters holiday cottage in Noss Mayo is a fabulous detached, riverside house. Ultra-modern and stylish with river-facing balconies for the mesmerising views. Small, creekside, lawned and paved garden (table/benches, barbecue) and forecourt (small stream outside) and direct access to foreshore (dinghy/canoe launching - bring your own or hire locally).

One hundred yards to village tennis courts and playing field, National Trust woodland, water taxi stops (seasonal) and two child-friendly, good food pubs. Double gates open to garages and forecourt. A few steps up to ground-floor hall with stairs to first and second floors. Spread over three levels (stairgates) are two light and spacious living/dining/kitchens with oak floors, six bath/shower-rooms and seven/eight bedrooms - four double (5 foot beds), one single/dressing room, and three twin (2'6" beds, zip-linkable to 5 foot doubles).

On the ground floor at Tidal Waters in Noss Mato near Newton Ferrers, at the front, large living room with sofas, TV/DVD and childrens table/chairs, dining table, hideaway kitchen in a cupboard (double hotplate, sink, fridge) and glazed doors on two sides with fabulous river and village views and access to the garden; three bedrooms (limited clothes-hanging space) including a double with en suite bathroom (suite, shower over bath), and two twins/doubles sharing a family bathroom (suite, shower over bath).

Separate stairs up to the master double (5' bed), through which a single bedroom/dressing room with en suite bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Steep steps down to utility room/garage (washing machine, tumble drier, table tennis). On the first floor: at the front, an L-shaped, open-plan living/dining/kitchen with windows on three sides; at one end, sofas, TV/Sky/DVD and iPod dock and, at the other end, smart kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, 6-burner gas range-style cooker) with granite worktops; in between, big dining table and glass sliding doors to wrap-around corner balcony (captivating river views).

Twin bedroom (wardrobe on landing); limestone bathroom (bath, shower cubicle, washbasin) and separate loo. Back door. From the landing (desk/chair), stairs up to second floor and two double bedrooms (sloping ceilings) with TV/DVD and balconies (views) and two en suite shower-rooms (suites)/dressing rooms. Stairgates.Sleeps maximum of 15 plus 1 baby. Best for maximum of 14 adults. Pets permitted in garage only. Arrival after 4pm. Tidal Waters is an absolutely smashing property with river, boating, pubs and walks nearby.
