Cottage Review:  

Certainly recommend this detached, clean, comfortable, well equipped, relaxing and spacious cottage. Milk and delicious home made chocolate cake on arrival. Fresh home grown cut flowers in the conservatory. Lovely views from the sunny conservatory and garden, with views over the farm, including cows, hens, peacocks and ducks on the pond with fields beyond. An occasional steam train can be seen in the distance puffing along. Nice, helpful owners live in the farmhouse near the cottage IF needed but are certainly NOT intrusive

Cottage Review:  

Choose The Granary as it was near to Son's in Upton Noble. Easy to get to from road and a warm welcome given. The Bungalow next to farmhouse had a entrance porch handy for boots and shoes. We parked right upto door which was handy as my partner had mobility problem. A lovely warm feeling when we walked into the kitchen come lounge. It's like home from home with everything you needed. Was greeted with milk and chocolate cake left for us. You can also purchase eggs from them. The bathroom was large with shower over bath and very powerful shower! The lovely bed

Cottage Review:  

We chose ?The Granary? for its location; it is close to Shepton Mallet and shops, but well away from the noise of a main road. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The cottage is very comfortable and there was everything there that we needed. We chose to eat in most nights and found that the kitchen was very well equipped and well planned. The owners left a basic pack for us of milk, sugar and coffee, which was a plus, and an enormous yummy cake.
