Stayed here with family and friends whilst celebrating my husbands 50th Birthday, also visiting family in Dumfries for the week. This house is amazing, and loved every second of my time here. The owner had left us flowers and a bottle of wine, lovely touch. The house had its own guest book, which is full of lots of positive comments , unfortunately I forgot to write my own. This house is well equipped with everything you need, although the pans have seen better days, but I'm sure lots of guests probably eat out. The bathroom is fantastic. My only |

Lovely holiday home and would recommend to friends. Stayed for a week with my husband, our two boys and parents. Well equipped with everything you need. Lovely spacious and bright lounge/diner with plenty of seating and kitchen with utility room. 4 (small) double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms and the main bathroom is lush (that was mine)! Small shops for essentials within 5 mins walk however have to travel further if you want to do a larger shop. Lovely surrounding areas to visit. Lovely house,comfortable, well- furnished, warm, bang on the coast. Great bathrooms. kitchen excellent apart from lack of big enough pots to cook for 8. (landlady said other guests all ate out/ carry-outs but we like cooking!) Please check website as I think it said 3 doubles and 1 twin bedroom. It actually is 4 (small) doubles. Landlady very helpful over misunderstanding about bedrooms. Highly recommend. |
