| Cottage Review:
Lovely stay, the lodge has a modern kitchen and is light and airy with amazing view from both inside the lodge and from the much used balcony. We were blessed with some lovely eveings so it is ideal to sit in the evening sun on the balcony. The lodge would benefit from some TLC in the cleaning/manitenance departments but was more than adequate for our our stay. The bed and sofas are different from the pictures advertised and no DVD as stated(brought to the attention of the owner) The lock is an issue and the decking in the garden needs some attention. Excellent accomodation in a riverside position within a private marina complex. Great base for exploring Cambridgeshire and Suffolk , plenty of National Trust properties within easy reach. |
