Great location ,wonderful views ,close to beautiful Knaresborough and Harrogate , The most charming Place we have stayed ,Exceptionally clean ,everything you need ,comfy beds ,top notch linen and crockery .Fabulous hosts ,Sue & John thought of everything ,a delicious home made cake to welcome us ,we will definitely stay again ,didn?t want to leave . Have already recommended to friends and family . |

Stayed in this beautiful cottage for a week to get away from it all!? And we certainly did. Set on a working farm next to the owners who are always on hand if there are any problems. Beautiful countryside views and so peaceful. The cottage has very high quality furnishings and everything has been thought of. You don't need to bring much except your clothing, your toiletries and yourselves!! All kitchen equipment is provided, all cloths, tea towels and cleaning materials. Middle Mistal is a fabulous property! It was immaculately clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and made cooking a real pleasure. The little touches like fresh flowers and the homemade cake were very much appreciated. The peaceful environment and stunning views will be much missed - we are looking forward to returning one day. |

We've stayed in many rental properties in the UK and abroad.This has been one of the best. It's in a quiet location along winding narrow lanes with stunning views across farmland towards Otley. The house is tastefully furnished & decorated to the highest standard. Sue really has an eye for interior design! The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing has been overlooked. Plenty of pans, baking trays, kitchen knives etc. We had everything we could possibly need. The cake left out for our arrival was very welcome and a lovely start to our holiday. Thank yo |

My husband and I stayed in this stunning cottage for four and a half weeks in July/August whilst work was being done on our house. Absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect - especially Sue's homemade cake on arrival! Middle Mistral has been furnished to high quality throughout and is spotlessly clean. The airy sitting room has wonderful views of the fields beyond, really comfortable sofa's, TV/DVD (incl Netflix and Catch Up), WiFi (the picture does not do this room justice!).
