| Cottage Review:
On the positive side, the owner left a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival. The village is in a good location with regards to local places of interest. However, we did have some issues. The photographs online are very misleading. When we visited, the garden was overgrown and there was a pile of bricks where the BBQ was supposed to be. The view from the end of the garden is not uninterrupted as stated, there are now farm buildings and wind turbines to be seen. The details state that the cottage is on an A road and some noise may be heard. The road is about 10 feet away from the front door and is used by heavy goods lorries all day long. All the bedrooms are on the roadside of the property and consequently we couldn't open the windows due to noise and fumes. As the weather was very hot this made for an uncomfortable holiday as no fans were provided. The kitchen wasn't very clean and overall the property needs quite a bit of maintenance. In our opinion the area isn?t an ideal location for a holiday let. |

| Cottage Review:
I spent New Years Eve and a few more days at Lothlorien Cottage. I was amazed how nice it was (better than on the pictures). The size of the house was just perfect. Usually when you say cottage, I imagine a huge house. This one was not. But it was perfect and cosy. You can find everything you need inside - from cups and plates, to washing machine and tumble dryer. Clean and comfortable. Welcome pack is always a lovely surprise. The garden is great if you have dogs - leave a bowl out for the Hedgehog. |

| Cottage Review:
We had a lovely week in this welcoming cottage. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of four. Other than a dishwasher (I'm being lazy!), the kitchen had everything you'd need if you wanted to eat at home, including a smoothie-maker and slow cooker. If you'd rather not cook, there's a Chinese, Indian and fish and chips within walking distance. There's plenty of books and games to choose from in the evenings, and the free Wi-Fi was very welcome.
