Description of the self catering property
Little Perriotts is a very well presented traditional Devon cottage in Kellaton in Hallsands dating back originally to the 1750s. The cottage has been fully modernized in recent years and is within easy reach of local beaches and other amenities - it provides a very good standard of accommodation and ideal base for one/two couples or a young family. Oak flooring throughout most of the ground floor with carpet on stairs and in bedrooms. Oil fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smokers but up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted by arrangement. Little Perriotts has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms with Wi-Fi broadband available, a pretty walled and lawned garden and a terrace with towels and bed linen supplied. There is a comfortable sitting room with wooden beams and traditional Devon stone fireplace complete with wood burner where logs are supplied. A modern TV complete with DVD player and CD with two comfortable sofas and furniture. Little Perriotts has a modern and well-equipped kitchen with the conveniences that you would need as well as a dining room complete with an oak dining table plus 4 chairs and a highchair for young children. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one bedroom has a large king-size bed with leg frame and great views. The second bedroom has bunk beds with drawers and a travel cot is available. Little Perriotts also benefits from off-road parking for one or two cars close the cottage.Sleeps: from 0 to 4
