| Cottage Review:
An exceptional cottage in a wonderful location. We stayed for a week and wanted for nothing. The champagne, truffles, breakfast supplies and the lovely flowers in the lounge and bedroom were a thoughtful extra. The whirlpool bath/shower cabinet was an experience not to be missed. It was a short walk to the village where there is an excellent bistro serving very good and reasonably priced evening meals. The cottage is ideally placed for the coast, Dartmoor and other places of interest. The two resident swans on the lake were an added bonus, our only disappointment was that we were a couple of weeks too early to see their cygnets hatch! |

Hello Penny, Thank you. We would like to say we found the cottage a fantastic place to stay, definitely the best cottage we have ever stayed in. Location was perfect and we enjoyed spending time with all the wonderful wildlife and hope that Kate and Wills are ok and this year's brood are doing well. Mel also hopes the Moorhen chicks are doing ok too!! Hopefully if we do return again in the future you will be able to arrange the same weather for us again??!! Thanks again Mel and John xx |
