just returned from a 5 night stay at elm court. situated in a quiet location just a short walk away from the town centre. the flat was lovely and clean and equipped with everything you could need. we will definately book this property again and recommend to others. |

We had a lovely stay at Elm Court. Great location near Keswick centre but nice quiet and private. Only one gripe, the painter that was there to paint the exterior windows entered our apartment when we were not there and without our permission. When I reported this to the local office I was told they didn't know anything about it and that no-one had a key to enter it anyway. My husband spoke to the painter and he confirmed that the work was agreed with the local office and that he had a key to every apartment!! Better communication to your visitors would be |
