| Cottage Review:
A clean and pleasant property with welcome pack included (milk, tea and biscuits). However, no washing up liquid or soap. Hot tap on bath didn't work and when I raised this issue I was told the Estate Office was closed until Monday. That was the day we left! The National Trust really need to ensure a greater degree of care. What would we have done if the power had gone off? The TV was very small. Why do so many holiday lets have portables? Aren't they for bedrooms? I complained but was only offered a discount if I booked with the National Trust For Scotland again. As I live in Cornwall, a return visit is not on the cards just yet. Despite this they did not offer any sort of refund. I consider that poor customer service and side stepping the issues. |
