| Cottage Review:
This was an excellent self-catering accommodation, occupying the ground floor of a "2-storey bungalow". We were a little surprised to find out that there were long-term tennants living on the first floor - but they caused no inconvenience whatsoever. Our accommodation was of an excellent standard - all the rooms were very clean, very well decorated, in very good condition, and very well furnished and equipped with everything you could think of. Even down to a quality pair of binoculars and a bird watching telescope for watching the wildlife on the adjacent loch. The bungalow has fantastic views looking out over the sea loch, and over the mountains in the distance with fantastic sunsets in good weather. We met the owners and they were very pleasant and chatty. The only slight critiscism is that the outside was a little bit scuffy and not well kept. I would deduct half a star for this, but I can't, so I will give it 5. Overall a lovely accomodation, definetly recommended. In a very peaceful rural location witn fantastic views but still only 5 miles from shops and restaurants. |
