| Cottage Review:
This is a great place to stay for exploring the beautiful Lake district. Lovely views of the countryside. No complaints at all about the cottage but wouldn't recommend the area for young children. We were expecting a beach for our 2 year old grandson but unfortunately all along this coast is what I can only describe as mudflats. Totally unsuitable for children. Had we known this just myself and my husband would have visited. |

| Cottage Review:
We were very impressed with the cottage, the description on-line was very exact, infact the cottage was very well equipped and of good quality. The village was nice although one pub was closed and the other didn't accept dogs. The views were impressive with lots of places to visit and to go walking. Info supplied by the owners was plentiful and very helpful. Would go again if the opportunity arose |

| Cottage Review:
We stayed here at Christmas and were made to feel very welcome with wine, christmas treats and a card. Curlew cottage itself is lovely. It is clean, cosy, comfortable and roomy enough for a family. There are wonderful views across Morecombe Bay and Bardsea is so quiet and peaceful it is like taking a step back in time to a much more relaxed rural life. If I could live here, I would! |
