We stayed here for 3 nights. Absolutely fantastic apartment, 10-15 minutes walk from Edinburgh Castle. Easy access to Grassmarket from main road at the top of the street. Lovely quiet street. The apartment has high ceilings, some beautiful features such as stained glass window at the top of the stairs. Fully equipped kitchen with large table. Gorgeous en-suite bedroom and living room to die for!! Can't wait to return! The owner was brilliant by email and we met on arrival date, where he showed us round and was more than acccomodating! Would highly recommend this to others....except that might mean we can't get booked cos it's full!! 😬

Great location, very close to Old Town, Castle, Royal Mile, but a very quiet street at the same time. The apartment is spacious, it has a large kitchen/dining area, 2 baths, 4 rooms. It was very clean and supplied with everything you need to feel yourself comfortable. The owner is super-flexible and kind. Highly recommended, we had a wonderful time.

Love this Place!!! Great location. 10 to 15 minute walk to the Royal Mile. Other attractions nearby. Away from all the noise, traffic and crowds. (and there's a lot) A beautiful clean apartment. A frequent Bus will drop you off at the top of street just a few houses away. Cab is £6 from Waverly station. We did both if we didn't want to walk. Shops and food places nearby. We did Uber eats one night from a nearby local restaurant and had the best fish and chips our whole time in Scotland. It has a very home like feeling. It has a well equipped kitchen if you want to prepare meals. And a washer and dryer. We like it so much we are already booked for our next trip. There are stairs up to living quarters. So can be a challenge for the mobility impaired. All in all this is a gem of a place to stay.

Fabulous home close to Everything! 10 minute walk to the Royal Mile, Museums, etc. Local bus stops on the corner if you want to take local public transportation. Neighborhood is quite but close to pubs & restaurants if you want to go out or order in via UberEats. On the other side of the neighborhood is a movie theatre should a rainy night cause you to change your plans.

The rooms are big, the heaters work, shower water pressure excellent. Coffee maker, washer & dryer & comfy beds, hair dryer & great WiFi. Staying here felt like living in Edinburgh vs. just visiting. I would highly recommend this home as your home away from home.

Lovely accommodation. Fantastic location – a 10/15 minute walk from the castle but in a quiet area. The flat is very spacious and airy with lots of character and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The flat does contain many of the owner’s possessions which create a home from home feel. There are 2 Sainsbury Locals a 5 minute walk away and the airport bus stops at the top of the road. Due to the amount of stairs it may not be suitable for those less mobile. The owner was very friendly and helpful, via email, and we would definitely stay here again.
