We have just come back from staying at Andrealea and had a wonderful holiday. There is a lovely walk down to my favourite beach and shops very nearby. The house is set in a beautiful wild garden and has everything we needed. The owner has put in a new bathroom since our last visit . The house is roomy, and comfortable and we feel very relaxed here. It is incredible value for a place to stay in Mawnan Smith.

Hi I just submitted a review and would like to add that the owner is friendly and very helpful and that there is a veranda that goes around the side and back of the house which is lovely to sit out on and look out in to the woodland. The front garden gets the sun in the morning and is also lovely. The house has big windows which makes the main living space very nice to be in. It is a very peaceful place to be with little traffic .

I would be very grateful if you could add this to my review.

This is a brilliantly situated house 2 mins walk from the village and 10 from the most beautiful beaches on the Helford.

The owner is friendly ( but not intrusive) and easygoing, allowing the children to play in the wooded area belonging to her, below the house, which is a wonderful freedom for children brought up in the city.

I like the house, I feel like I can really relax in it and have been several times, it is very reasonably priced for this expensive area, a real find.

Make up of party:  This time, myself, my partner and three chidren. Two friends also stayed for part of the time.

We have stayed here on many happy holidays the cottage is just right for a rather loud family of 6! The value for money is second to none! The owner is very friendly but leaves you to get on with your holiday! Until we found this place we were paying double to holiday in my Grans and Gramps village! We can now afford to come down four times a year instead of two! Which is really nice. The cottage is relaxing we bring the kids an extra T.V and console down for Cornwallis rainy days! It's home from home and we love it the garden is a really adventure for the kids!! Plus we don't want pay top dollar just because some other cottages have more mod cons! We come to Cornwall to enjoy Cornwall! Strongly recommend if like me you have to keep an eye on your finances! Plus it's got one of the nicest pubs I've ever seen a two minute walk away!!

Upon arrival, key under mat thus no welcome and no one to whom to make a complaint. Upon inspection of premises we became increasingly dismayed and disappointed with what we found. Very overgrown garden and no evidence of any recent upkeep of premises.

Make up of party:  Potentially good for family and pets accepted.
