I booked this cottage as a birthday treat for my wife. On arriving it soon became obvious that the cottage had not been cleaned......kitchen worksurfaces and equipment were covered in grease, carpets had not been vacuumed and the dust in the bedroom was so thick that you could write your name in it! Electrical appliances were faulty and about ten light bulbs were either missing or broken. The smell from the dishwasher was foul which was due to the appliance being broken and rotting food debris not being drained away. The central heating required attention and there was a problem with flooding in the wet room which happens when the Saniflow toilet is not functioning properly. THIS COTTAGE IS NOT WHAT IT APPEARS. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE THAT IT SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!
