Description of the holiday cottage

A 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps 4. Superb views over Torquay Marina, Torre Abbey Sands and Torbay from most rooms. Large terrace overlooking the Marina and out to sea. Garage providing secure parking for one car. 2 Cliff Heights is a tastefully decorated apartment situated on the second floor (there is no lift) overlooking Torquay marina, Torre Abbey Sands and Torbay. The property is in an elevated position and as such benefits from superb sea views from most rooms and a large terrace overlooking the Marina where you can sit and relax.

Cliff Heights is just a short walk away from Torre Abbey Sands, the harbour and Torquay town centre with its specialist shops, cafes and restaurants and Living Coasts, Torquay 's own marine park. Kent 's Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village and Bygones are a short drive or bus ride away.

You can join The South West Coast Path and take in the fantastic scenery which is around 5 minutes ' walk away, as is Torre Abbey gardens and the helium Hi-Flyer Balloon that showcases the stunning views over Torbay and beyond.

Torquay train station is no more than 15 minutes walk with fast trains into London, Exeter and the rest of England.
