Description of the self catering
A second floor apartment in a Grade 11 listed property located in the very centre of the town. The building is a Dartmouth landmark which overlooks the 'Boat Float' and is a Victorian reproduction of a medieval building with part timbered facade. The apartment is maintained to a very high standard and has exceptional 180 degree views up and down the river and to Kingswear on the other side of the harbour.
