Description of the holiday cottage
The upper two floors of a spacious house built in the early 1880s in an open, elevated position commanding outstanding panoramic views of the River Dart. The comfortable house and charming garden overlooked by National Trust woodland offer ample opportunity for quiet relaxation. Garage for one car.

Cottage Review: A short break at this spacious - if somewhat basic - apartment. Very large accommodation in a superb location with jaw dropping views. Given the price, it's value for money. Could have spent all day looking across the Dart at the ferries and boats. Happy to recommend it and Dartmouth Holiday Cottages.

Cottage Review: Absolutely stunning views up and down the River Dart. Close to town, beaches, ferry and things to do. Plenty of room in the property but the décor is somewhat dated although the house was good value for money and the bathrooms were new. It's a shame that bedlinen and towels were not provided. Parking for one not-too-big car. Could have spent the whole week sitting in the bay window seat looking at the view!
