Description of the holiday cottage
Situated within a 10 minute drive of Dartmouth town centre and of the Award winning Blackpool Sands. this imposing and substantial house overlooks a pretty valley and lake and the countryside beyond. The property has been redeveloped to a high standard and provides spacious, character, family accommodation. The house, which is a 10 minute drive from Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, has its own indoor, heated, swimming pool, extensive, tended gardens of approximately two acres and ample parking in a gravelled circular driveway.
