Description of the self catering property |
West Cottage is a delightful 17th century cottage set in its own walled garden, well off the road and with private parking. It has the feeling of a home rather than a rented house owing to the fact that Anne, the owner, stays there often between client visits to care for the house and the garden.
West Cottage is delightfully furnished and decorated throughout as well as having log fires in both reception rooms. The Cottage is well equipped in all areas, including the basics of a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and power shower.
West Cottage is situated in Bourton-on-the-Hill, Gloucestershire and located 5 minutes away from a main line station to London and is 1 hour 35 minutes from London by road on the M40. |

West Cottage has the enormous advantage of being situated in a picturesque village in a backwater yet is in the very centre of the Cotswolds and within easy reach of many places of interest.
The garden at West Cottage is very special and over the years has become a mature and established garden. Anne is always improving the garden as well as the lovely herbaceous borders. There is also a vegetable garden at West Cottage. |
