Description of the holiday cottage
Sheltered on three sides by stunning mountains, the charming town of Dunmanway is located in the centre of West Cork and boasts a selection of fine shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife. The Wing is a fully self-contained holiday home converted from a part of Waterfall House, a traditional Irish farmhouse with gorgeous gardens and spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Situated just 3. 5 miles from Dunmanway, The Wing has been charmingly decorated throughout and offers superb accommodation including a large sitting room, cosy bedrooms and wonderful views across the gardens to the countryside beyond. The Wing is the perfect family retreat, and the surrounding area offers a whole host of activities including horse riding, swimming at the indoor pool in Dunmanway, and fishing on the River Bandon. Many delightful locations are also within easy reach, including Kinsale which offers narrow winding streets, delicious local food and fascinating galleries and shops.
