| Cottage Review: SEA SHELLS was a ground floor holiday apartment with fantastic floor to ceiling views. Located within The Sands Apartments in Carbis Bay we were absolutely delighted with the location as we could walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Carbis Bay station was close and the two minute train journey into St Ives was delightful. The apartment was extremely clean and very spacious and was so well kitted with everything you could need on holiday. We are not easily pleased but couldnt fault a thing. The owners have thought of everything and their efforts were appreciated. The welcome pack was a real surprise and set the scene for what was atruly remarkable holiday. | Cottage Review: We cannot praise this apartment highly enough. From the moment we stepped into the property we knew we had made the right choice. The spec of the apartment is to such a high standard, talk about that home from home feel - it was better!! The Welcome Pack was such a lovely and thoughtful touch and got our break off to an fab start. The property is in an excellent location, the view from the lounge overlooking Carbis Bay is out of this world, we couldn't wait to draw the curtains each morning. The apartment is well equipped to an incredibly high standard - absolutely everything has been thought of and the quality of every single item is beyond expectations. The kitchen is brilliant and is such a focal point - I want one! The bedrooms were spacious, plenty of storage and the beds were so extremely comfortable another example of the owners just getting it right! The location is first class, Carbis bay is on the doorstep, we loved the local train that got us into St Ives. The owners left so much information on ideas of where to eat, how to occupy our children with local places of interest to visit and things to do, we are now hooked on surfing!! We just didn't have enough time to fit it all in, so next year we are going to try for two weeks! We just could not find anything to fault - wow we had such a great holiday, thanks for letting us stay! | |||||||||||||||||||||

This was our second year running to Carbis Bay, but our first to Sea Shells. Our boys are both under 5 and this apartment was perfect for them - thank you for the use of all the toys - next time we will not pack so many of our own! As our older boy said 'Mummy, this is a better Cornwall house' - and last years was 5* gold too! We were blessed with good weather and made the beach every day - a real treat. Looking forward to next years visit already. |

WOW!! Truely: one of the best weekends EVER! Sea Shells could not have been better equipped, with such attention to detail. It was a delight to stay here. Will definately be recommending to friends and family as a great base to see and enjoy all of Cornwall. |
